As the actuator of window anti-pinch control system,ripple motor is lower than Hall motor in hardware cost,so anti pinch control strategy based on ripple motor has gradually become the focus of research.The current of ripple motor is instable in the start-up phase,the window would have the some problems,such as excessive anti-pinch force and false reversal.These problems can affect the anti-pinch performance of the window directly.At present,the anti-pinch control strategy based on ripple motor is not completed in China.Based on a window platform,the anti-pinch control strategy for windows in the start-up phase and normal operation phase is designed in this thesis.The main research and design contents of thesis are as follows:1.Aiming at the problem of excessive anti-pinch force and false reversal of ripple motor in the start-up phase,this thesis focuses on the analysis of the start-up phase of the power window.According to the actual start-up phenomenon,the start-up current can be divided into five phases.Because the start-up current is unstable,a decision-making strategy of start-up current state based on fuzzy control is proposed.The anti-pinch control strategy considering freeplay is designed.According to the action of freeplay or not,different anti-pinch control strategies are designed to improve the anti-pinch performance for power window in the start-up phase.2.Aiming at the problem of excessive anti-pinch force and false reversal of ripple motor in the normal operation phase,this thesis analyzes the influencing factors of antipinch force in the normal operation phase.In order to reduce the anti-pinch force and false reversal rate,this thesis designs anti-pinch control strategy based on current difference.Thesis also considers the turbulence and low temperature compensation,it makes the anti-pinch control strategy in the normal operation phase more completed,and improves the anti-pinch performance of the window in the normal operation phase.3.Aiming at the problem of inaccurate anti pinch test,this thesis builds a test bench based on CANoe platform.the anti-pinch test functions of the master computer are designed.The automatic test and anti-pinch parameter calibration of the anti-pinch function in the window start-up phase and normal operation phase are realized.It can verify the anti-pinch control strategy in start-up phase and normal operation phase.After completing the design of the above research content,the anti-pinch function of the window is tested and verified on a real vehicle platform.The experimental data show that the anti-pinch control strategy in this thesis can achieve anti-pinch function under various working conditions,and there is no false reversal phenomenon.It meets the provisions of GB11552-2009.Compared with the normal operation phase,the anti-pinch force only increases about 20%.After 10 kinds of complex road conditions test,the false reverse rate of the tested windows is 0.
