| Nowadays,electric window lifting system is widely used in cars.The system brings convenience to the operation,but also brings security risks,that is,the window will clip to the arm during the automatic rise,so automobile manufacturers have put forward higher requirements for the motor anti-pinch performance.Motor manufacturers need to conduct comprehensive test on the performance of anti-pinch section of motor to confirm whether the motor meets the requirements of anti-pinch function of automobile manufacturers.At present,motor manufacturers mostly use current-position direct detection method to test the performance of motor anti-pinch section,but this method has a series of disadvantages that affect the stability of the test system,such as sensor installation space,additional magnetic ring,more outgoing lines and so on,and the test cost is relatively high,so it does not have universality.In this paper,based on the test results of current-position direct detection method,a set of economical electric machine anti-clamping interval performance test system with relatively high universality without position sensor is designedFirstly,based on the performance test requirements and standards of window motor anti-pinch section,the relationship between motor speed and current commutation pulsation frequency,continuous wavelet transform and other aspects,the overall measurement and control scheme of window motor is designed.In this scheme,the lower computer collects the current data and transmits it to the upper computer.The upper computer uses the continuous wavelet transform(CWT)algorithm to analyze the timefrequency spectrum of the current data.According to the relationship between the motor speed and the current commutation pulsation frequency,the instantaneous speed of the motor is deduced,and other parameters of the motor are further calculated.Finally,the performance test of the window motor anti-pinch section is completed,and the test results support the diagram Shape and data display.Secondly,according to the requirement analysis of window motor anti-pinch interval performance test system,the hardware design of the system is completed.The hardware part is an embedded terminal board with stm32f103rct6 chip as the core,which includes current signal acquisition circuit,RS-232 serial communication circuit,do control circuit,H-bridge drive circuit and other peripheral modules.The components selection,necessary calculation and analysis,and the relevant circuit principle are described.Then,based on the hardware design,the software design of the test system is completed.The software part includes lower computer software and upper computer application program.The lower computer software mainly realizes the functions of motor start and stop,forward and reverse rotation control,current signal acquisition,communication transmission,etc.The upper computer software is MFC application program developed under visual stdio 2013 environment,which mainly realizes the functions of serial port control,continuous wavelet transform analysis,motor anti-pinch interval performance parameter calculation,curve and data display.Finally,the test system is used to test the performance of the anti-pinch section of the window motor.The test results and relevant data are recorded for many times.The test results are compared with the performance parameters of the anti-pinch section of the motor measured by the current-position direct detection method,and the relevant data are optimized and modified to achieve the test effect of the current-position direct detection method,Instead of the current-position direct detection method,the performance of motor anti-pinch section is tested. |
