The Construction Achievements And Technological Innovations Of Expressway In Anhui Province

Since the construction of He-Ning expressway in 1986 in Anhui province,the expressway grew out of nothing and has achieved leapfrog development.By the end of2016,traffic mileage reached 4543 kilometers,ranking the seventeenth in the country,effectively promoted the social and economic development in the province.The development of Anhui expressway benefits from China's reform and opening-up policy and the superiority of China's socialist system,and reflects the ardent expectations of the people.This paper emphatically discusses the stage characteristics of expressway development in our province after the reform and open policy and the basic power of the development.It also expounds the splendid history of leap-forward development for the expressway in our province,and summarizes the expressway construction management and technological innovation as well as the design and architecture concept integrated with region,humanity and Hui culture in the past 30 years,which has provided reference and guidance for the expressway construction in the period of time in the future for Anhui province.This paper expounds the history of the transportation development in Anhui province,especially the history of highway and expressway development based on the methods of data collection,visit discussion,case analysis,inductive analysis and others,and detailed elaborates the three development stages of expressway in our province including the early stage of construction(1986-1991),steady development stage(1992-2003);optimization stage(2004-2004).The great achievements have made in the construction of large bridge crossing the Yangtze River,large bridge crossing the Huaihe River,other typical bridges,long expressway tunnels,and other typical tunnels.This paper discusses the technological innovation of bridge engineering,tunnel engineering,roadbed engineering,pavement engineering and other aspects such as environmental protection,safety,maintenance,operation and informatization.Combining specific examples,the Hui-style architecture of the Yangtze River bridge of Ma'anshan and Tun-Huang expressway are stated,and the Chu-Han style of the Sixian-Suzhou expressway is expounded.
