Research On The Influencing Factors Of Construction Enterprises’ Willingness To Accept The Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In Universities

With the development of economic society,the construction industry plays an important role in the national economy.But at the same time,there are many problems in the development of our country’s construction industry,such as large but not strong,the level of architectural design is not high,the core competitiveness is not strong and so on.To promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the field of construction can further promote the upgrading of technology in the construction industry,improve the quality of construction projects,protect and improve the environment.In our country,universities are the important position of the output of scientific and technological achievements,but their transformation level of scientific and technological achievements is obviously insufficient.A large number of scientific and technological achievements in universities are difficult to transform,and the construction industry is in urgent need of industrial and technological upgrading.In this thesis,construction enterprises as the object of study,to explore the construction enterprises will accept the university science and technology transformation behavior factors,it has a certain applied value in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities and promoting the high-quality development of the construction industry.Based on the literature of the scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities and the acceptance of new technologies in the construction industry.Combining the TAM and TOE,this thesis extracts the factors influencing the acceptance of scientific and technological achievements by construction enterprises from three aspects: technology,organization and environment.The factors influencing construction enterprises’ acceptance of scientific and technological achievements in universities are extracted from three aspects: technology,organization and environment.This thesis mainly uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,and carries out research along the train of thought of raising questions--literature combing--model building--hypothesis verification--discussion and analysis--giving suggestions.The results show that:(1)Compatibility,comparative advantage,resource capacity of universities and competitive pressure have significant effects on perceived usefulness.(2)Compatibility,comparative advantage,resource capability of enterprises and resource capability of universities have significant influence on perceived ease of use.(3)Compatibility and government policies have significant effects on perceived risk.(4)Perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and perceived risk have a significant impact on the behavioral willingness of construction enterprises to accept the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.Finally,the thesis puts forward some suggestions to promote construction enterprises to accept the transformation from three aspects: technology,organization and environment.This research not only enriches the related contents of the research field of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,but also has certain reference value for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the high-quality development of the construction industry.
