In recent years,with the improvement of China's social productivity and the rapid development of economy and society,the number of domestic super high-rise buildings has become increasingly large,and the structural forms are also complex and diverse.The super high-rise building structure has the characteristics of long construction time,complex construction,high safety and stability requirements.At the same time,the high-rise building is affected by loads such as temperature,wind,and sunshine.The precise positioning of super high-rise buildings has always been a difficult problem of measurement control.At the same time,verticality control and settlement monitoring have important guiding significance for ensuring the normal construction and safe use of buildings.The main contents of this article are as follows:Analyze and discuss the commonly used monitoring methods and related technologies of super high-rise building structures in the construction and operation phases: high-precision intelligent total station technology,GPS measurement technology,leveling method,three-dimensional laser scanning technology,BIM technology,etc.Related technologies and methods are used in the basic principles of super high-rise building structure monitoring and their respective advantages and disadvantages.(2)Structure of a super high-rise building construction,Tianjin control measurement process,the laying heads comprising three field area control network,the vertical axis of the lead measured elevation,the elevation axis and the control points of the subject nucleus.Root different heights and surrounding high-rise building construction floor,layer by layer flexible use of nuclear piecewise check,using a comprehensive approach "GNSS + + total station laser plumb instrument" joint measurements.Super high-level structure after the main structure to a certain height,the elevation of the point of measurement is the subject of nuclear primers,then the elevation of the point as a reference direction of the subject nuclear test lead.(3)The necessity and high-rise building settlement observation settlement observation of several commonly used methods: short sight geometric leveling method,trigonometric leveling,hydrostatic level measurements and GPS network RTK law and outlines the associated method for subsidence monitoring the basic principles and their respective applications.(4)The necessity of measuring and controlling the verticality of the core tube is introduced.The influencing factors and the commonly used detection methods for the verticality of high-rise buildings are analyzed.Analyze the overall verticality of the core tube to provide a reference for subsequent construction.(5)Briefly introduce the building deformation prediction model,use gray theory to analyze and predict the deformation of high-rise buildings,and use MATLAB software to program to obtain the deformation of high-rise buildings.The analysis of tilt data and settlement monitoring data verifies the effectiveness and correctness of the respective measurement methods.
