Isolated bidirectional DC-DC converters are widely used in electric vehicles,battery energy storage systems,etc.due to their strong anti-interference ability and high safety performance.In order to improve the transmission efficiency of the isolated two-way converter,this paper studies a dual boost cascaded two-way DC-DC converter under the control strategy of PWM plus phase shift,and uses the simulated annealing-hill climbing hybrid algorithm to achieve the maximum transmission efficiency of the converter.This article first analyzes the operating characteristics of a dual Boost cascaded bidirectional DC-DC converter using a phase-shifted PWM control strategy.Second,the main working,control circuit,and auxiliary circuit circuits are designed according to the specifications of the converter,and the converter is calculated.Parameters of the device;because the converter has multiple sets of phase shift angle and duty cycle combinations under the control of the PWM plus phase shift strategy,the transmission efficiency of the converter is not the same under different phase shift angle and duty cycle combination conditions.This paper first analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the hill-climbing algorithm and the simulated annealing algorithm,and proposes the idea of combining the two algorithms to design a control algorithm.Finally,the paper designs a simulated annealing-hill-climbing hybrid algorithm,which can be used to achieve phase shift Automatic correction of air-to-air ratio combination to obtain the maximum transmission efficiency of the converter.The paper tested the transmission efficiency of the system under different combinations of phase shift angles and duty cycles under the conditions of output voltage of 60 V and 80 V,with and without the simulated annealing-hill climbing hybrid algorithm,and plotted the transmission efficiency curve.Simultaneously measure and compare the transmission efficiency of the converter with and without Ga N.Experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed theory.
