| Navigation technology aims to train professional and skilled talents for the shipping industry by centering on the function of ship pilot.There is a certain gap between the existing teaching resources,teaching methods and requirements of officer in the intelligent and digital environment.To explore the application practice of marine education service,promote the reform of professional curriculum practice teaching,promote the use of the resource and ensure the vitality of the resources,it has positive significance and value to improve the construction and teaching efficiency of navigation technology.This paper used the literature research,questionnaire survey,and action research,analyzied the current situation of B-learning and resource base application,studied the feasibility of carrying out B-learning based on resources,constructed the teaching mode,designed a multidimensional evaluation system combining process evaluation and result evaluation,carried out the practice in professional courses,and researched the effectiveness of B-learning.The results showed that the B-Learning based on the resource is conducive to improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching,helpful to promote the diversification of curriculum evaluation mechanism,and can help students form efficient learning methods and good learning habits.It can be found that the resource and B-learning complement and promote each other.The B-learning practices the teaching philosophy of "teacher-led and student-centered" and realizes the dual mixture of teaching conditions and teaching means based on the resource,a B-Learning mode of "learning content design,online learning implementation,offline classroom teaching,reflection and summary" has been preliminarily formed,it enriches the study of navigation technology in the field of vocational education teaching mode.The application of B-learning has promoted the informatization reform of specialized course teaching,promoted the effective application of the resource,realized the dynamic tracking of learning effect,enhanced the internalization effect of students’ knowledge and skills,and improved the comprehensive ability of students.At the same time,B-Learning brings challenges to teachers’ teaching philosophy,information literacy,teaching skills,and puts forward higher requirements for the incentive,evaluation and feedback mechanism of B-learning in college. |
