With the development of cities and the expansion of scale,people’s living standards are also gradually improving,but the problem of insufficient road capacity in cities is becoming more and more obvious.On the other hand,the number of cars in cities is increasing year by year,which makes the congestion of urban roads more and more serious.And the existing travel mode can no longer meet the travel needs of travelers.Customized bus,as a new public transport mode in recent years,is the product of the development of public transport system.Custom bus route setting and fare setting are two key factors of custom bus opening,which regulate the distribution of commuting demand.It is important to guide the good transformation of commuting structure.Based on the interests of the travelers and the custom bus operators,this thesis considers the profits of the enterprises and the choice behavior of the travelers.The main work done in this thesis is as follows:Firstly,this thesis summarizes the definition,development course and attribute characteristics of customized public transport,and analyzes its similarities and differences with other modes of transportation.At the same time,the decision-making process of commuting mode selection is analyzed,and the practical needs of travelers and the factors considered in actual decision-making are analyzed and summarized.This thesis establishes a customized bus setting model in the multi-way travel situation of commuter corridor.Based on the principle of user balance,a lower-level travel choice balance model with car,regular bus and customized bus travel mode under the flexible commuting demand of commuter corridor is established.The upper-level model of maximizing the effect of operating enterprises is constructed.The equivalence of the lower model is proved.The algorithm combining sequential averaging method and particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to solve the problem.For proving the effectiveness of the two-layer planning model and algorithm,this thesis designs a practical case to analyze,and constructs a commuting corridor situation of multi-OD and multi-travel mode according to the actual situation.According to the characteristics of customized bus attributes and the real situation of real-life road network and various traffic modes,the relevant parameters are set.The solution model realizes the goal of maximizing the profit of the enterprise and maximizing the travel utility of the traveler.the optimal scheme setting of customized bus opening is obtained,and the validity of the model and algorithm is verified.In this thesis,the influencefactors of customized bus scheme setting are analyzed regularly It is concluded that the most important measure to improve the proportion of public transport travel is to improve the level of public transport travel services and enhance the travel experience of travelers.And from the details of how to improve the level of public transport services and how to further optimize the design of customized public transport scheme.and further research directions are extended and prospected.There are 24 figures,2 tables,and 61 references.
