| As an important part of urban diversified and personalized public transport,customized commuter bus plays an important role in improving the overall public transport service level,reducing private car trips and easing urban congestion.By referring to relevant advanced experience at home and abroad,this paper takes commuter customized bus as the research object,designs the method and process of commuter customized bus planning based on mobile signaling data,and provides theoretical support for the practical application and promotion of commuter customized bus in China.In order to meet the demand of urban commuter customized bus route planning,this paper uses big data processing technology to design urban traffic district division method,commuter OD identification method and commuter travel pattern identification method based on mobile signaling data.Considering from three aspects of private car commuting amount,residential area location and commuting distance,a preliminary selection method for commuting customized bus service area is constructed by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Combined with the existing travel modes,the primary community service demand determination method of Logit model of transfer from conventional bus,rail transit,private car and bus & rail transit to commuter customized bus is constructed.A commuter customized bus final selection method based on cost analysis method is proposed.Within the service area,a method for planning ride-sharing stations was designed based on the improved k-means algorithm to cluster the scattered travel demands and make clustering adjustment within the limit of the maximum carrying capacity of the stations.Aiming at minimizing the total cost of both enterprises and passengers,a route and schedule planning model with constraints of vehicle occupancy,line non-linear coefficient,departure time and vehicle delay is constructed,and a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.An phone signaling data as an example,finally,divided,identifying commuter traffic village OD and the way to travel,on the basis of primary method to determine the service area,select a primary service area sampling questionnaire survey to transfer model calibration requirements,run-off after determine the service area,planning a commuter sex custom bus routes and departure schedule.The research results provide theoretical and methodological support for using mobile signaling data to plan commuter customized bus,and provide practical reference for further practice of commuter customized bus. |
