Urban rail vehicle is responsible for the important task of urban transportation,and is a means of transportation with large volume,high density,and fast punctuality.The whole life process of urban rail vehicles goes through a long period of time from vehicle selection to manufacturing and acceptance,and then to service and maintenance.However,at present,the selection of vehicles mainly depends on individual subjective decision,which is highly blind and subjective,and lacks a set of scientific,objective and perfect urban rail vehicle selection scheme.In the acceptance process,there is generally only the polarization result of "acceptance pass" and "acceptance fail",which lacks further subdivision of the technical state of the vehicles that have passed the acceptance.During the service period,the lack of multi-stage health status and health index of percentage system of vehicle subsystem and vehicle is not conducive to vehicle maintenance.Therefore,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model and applies it to the selection,acceptance and service health status evaluation of urban rail vehicles.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)This article establishes five new urban rail vehicle technology status comprehensive evaluation models.This article innovatively forms a complete evaluation system that can handle language attribute values and numerical attribute values,and can use various subjective and objective weighting methods,can solve various engineering practical problems encountered by urban rail vehicles in technical state evaluation.(2)For vehicle selection evaluation,the urban rail vehicle evaluation index system covering 5 categories and 15 indicators was established,as well as the evaluation index system applicable to the automated people mover systems at airports(APM system for short).At the same time,the objective multi-attribute decision model based on the distance of the target scheme,the multi-attribute decision model whose attribute value is the language variable and the multi-attribute decision model whose attribute value is the uncertain language variable are applied to the model selection to select the optimal model and verify the engineering applicability of the selection model.In addition,a computer program,the urban rail transit vehicle selection system,is written.The program can output the selection results and relevant data in the calculation process.(3)According to the vehicle acceptance evaluation,the scope,requirements and specific contents of vehicle acceptance are put forward,and the acceptance flow chart and several typical acceptance tests are given.On this basis,the D-S Evidence Theory is innovatively applied in the urban rail vehicle evaluation field.The Five-level Scale Assignment Model and the Entropy Weight Method are used to calculate the subjective and objective weights,and the combined multi-attribute decision model based on the D-S Evidence Theory was used for evidence synthesis,which verified the engineering applicability of the acceptance model.(4)According to the evaluation of vehicle service health status,urban rail vehicles are divided into 10 secondary subsystems,and an indicator system including mixed fault severity,fault probability,fault detection probability and relative deterioration degree is established to evaluate the health status of the subsystem,and the health index of the subsystem is given.Based on the subsystem health index,the health status and health index of the vehicle were evaluated by the Five-level Scale Assignment Model,which realized the accurate cognition of the health status of the urban rail vehicle in operation,and had a good reference value for improving the vehicle maintenance mode and maintenance time.In this paper,there are 30 figures,38 tables,93 references.
