With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the pursuit of quality of life is also getting higher and higher,out of tourism has become an inevitable choice for everyone.Therefore,the tourism industry has developed rapidly,and has become an important pillar industry in many provinces of china.However,the degree of the construction of the scenic spots and the quality of the existing scenic spots restrict the development of the tourism industry.The situation of the existing tourism scenic spots in our country can not meet the needs of the scenic spots,and can not achieve the function of tourism services.Especially some mountain is located in the scenic highway,widespread low-grade highway,technical index,low traffic safety facilities imperfect,restrict development of the local tourism industry,but also can not guarantee the safety of tourists and the occupants.The current highway design standards in China and provide the basis for the standard of highway alignment design,but because the function of special scenic highway in mountainous areas,the selected technical indicators are different from ordinary road,not only to meet the driving safety and comfort,also must satisfy the service and for the scenic scenic spots and harmonious coexistence etc..Therefore,it is a difficult problem for designers to select the technical indexes of scenic spots.In this paper,based on the scenic highway reconstruction project,the selection of scenic highway technical indicators are analyzed.Heng Mountain scenic highway,due to the design of a longer,low grade highway,roadbed width narrow,steep bend anxious,traffic safety facilities are not complete,there are some security risks,has been unable to meet the development needs of the existing scenic spots so that the quality improvement of the project.First of all,by collecting the original data of the Nanyue scenic spot,combining with the characteristics of the Heng Mountain scenic spot and the existing norms and standards,the technical indicators of the reconstruction were selected and determined.Determine the maximum and minimum length of straight line,linear optimization eliminates the old road 4 line;to determine the minimum radius of circular curve,the curve radius of 9 small increase,6 for straightening,improve the standard of the original route alignment;circular curve with small radius was established to optimize the transition curve;the design of the back curve,increased 9 at the back curve radius,by optimizing the alignment canceled 6 back curve;the longitudinal slope and slope reasonable long,reduced 14 large longitudinal slope,2 large longitudinal slope topography and location restrictions,the safety design of cross section is optimized;the design and layout of the viewing platform;combined with the technical indicators,on line design of traffic safety facilities.Then,the safety evaluation is carried out by using the method of safety evaluation.In the safety evaluation of the running speed,the initial speed and expected speed of the three or four grade highway are determined.According to the"Guidelines for Safety Audit of Highway",the speed of continuity index,speed difference between the minimum radius of curve of the evaluation index of peace,found safety problems of design index points,on the technical indexes of the safety problems were modified and optimized design again,when the linear optimization design is restricted,the traffic safety measures in order to ensure traffic safety,finally completed to determine the technical index of highway reconstruction project of the Heng Mountain scenic area.
