With the promulgation of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of a Modern Comprehensive Transportation System",the development of multimodal transport along the Yangtze River Economic Belt has ushered in a period of historical opportunities for comprehensive development.The proportion of gathering and transportation along the route is still relatively small,and there is no outstanding competitive advantage compared with roads,waterways,and public-water combined transport.The problems of railway and port connection and poor coordination of transportation capacity between ports are common.Existing;In the process of the construction of the integrated three-dimensional transportation corridor of hot metal and water transportation,there are still many problems: independent operation of railways and ports,asymmetric information,and difficulty in overall operation,etc.Therefore,systematically analyze the inherent problems in China's multimodal transportation,freight flows features in the ports along the Yangtze River are of great significance for the green sustainable development and efficient connection of the combined transportation.Based on the railway-water intermodal transport project of the Yangtze River Economic Belt of the CARS,this paper has studied the optimization of the transportation organization of the intermodal transport along the Yangtze River from the following aspects:First of all,this article takes the port structure of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a carrier and the collection and distribution organization as the carrier,on the basis of explaining the layout of the port of the hot metal and the characteristics of the flow of vehicles,boxes,and cargo sources,taking bulk dry bulk as the research object,from a micro perspective Aiming at the optimal connection between the assembly time of the yard loading and unloading containers and the arrival time of the container trains,the relationship between the train-dumper and the yard during the unloading scheduling process is analyzed,and the factors such as the centralized arrival of the traffic flow and the restricted scheduling of the train are comprehensively considered.The train-dumper-yard yard joint scheduling optimization model with the shortest waiting time and the shortest dumping time is established.Based on the premise of reasonable abstraction and certain assumptions of the actual system,considering the dumping time and yard status of each train,the simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize the simulation model and calculate the optimal rollover scheduling plan.The optimized unloading time and waiting time are greatly shortened to ensure the increase of the dry bulk cargo throughput of the yard and the high dry bulk cargo turnover efficiency.Taking the example analysis of a port as an example,Matlab gives a lattice to calculate the feasibility of the minimum cost verification model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.Secondly,from the point of view of the characteristics and organization form of the port collection and transportation network,the collaborative optimization method of ports and ports along the route is proposed from the aspects of organization and management coordination,fixed mobile equipment matching,time node docking,and dedicated line loading and unloading optimization.The competitive advantage of the port's combined transportation of iron and metal.Finally,fully explore the development plan and the interaction principle of cargo flow and the cooperative optimization plan of the port operation process;based on the feedback control idea,formulate adaptive detection standards based on quickness and reachability,and propose three types based on global,local and special The adjustment method of the operation plan feeds back the adjustment process,and optimizes and adjusts the existing railway freight transportation products along the river,providing a scientific and rational basis for the overall layout of the comprehensive three-dimensional transportation along the river.There are 23 Figures,25 tables and 63 references.
