Research On The Design Of Port-railway Intermodal Transport Information Platform In Hebei Port Group

Hebei Port Group is one of the world’s largest dry bulk port transport enterprises.How to maximize the transit efficiency of goods in the port is the key factor restricting the port throughput level.In order to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of port and railway intermodal transport,there is a dedicated center for railway.However,the information systems of ports and railways are isolated.To solve the problem,this paper focuses on the design of Hebei Port Group port-railway intermodal transport information platform,which has important significance for port-railway intermodal transport.First of all,based on the analysis of port and railway business flow and data flow,the information sharing demand of port and railway is condensed.Secondly,the whole structure model,function design,database design interface design,data interactive standard and specification of Hebei port group information platform are studied.Moreover,the development and application of the design platform is studied,and the functional mode and the overall technical framework of Hebei Port Group Port-railway combined transport information service App are put forward to realize the function of pushing and querying information anytime and anywhere.Finally,the measures of plan guarantee,organization management guarantee,safety implementation management guarantee,quality management guarantee,schedule management guarantee and standard system implementation plan are studied.Based on our research,the integration of resources for bulk port and railway will be promoted,the efficiency of port production organization will be improved,the ability of business connection will be enhanced,the logistics and information flow sharing efficiency of port logistics chain,the operation efficiency and quality of the logistics chain with hebei port group will be promoted as an important port.
