In today’s massive information,building information model(BIM)related technologies begin to play an increasingly important role in the field of construction.It integrates the whole process of the construction industry,from concept proposing to model design,from construction group construction to project acceptance,from high-level decision-making to grass-roots implementation,from three-dimensional spatial data to four-dimensional time segmentation,it will carry out information interaction and process management and control through the integrated BIM platform,which makes the construction industry no longer suffer from the problem of information island,and the information exchange and integration degree among the links It has been greatly improved,and the cooperation among various specialties is more efficient and accurate.Our country is in a new stage of the rapid development of information and technology cooperation,and it is urgent to meet the huge demand of social progress,protect the security of data,and reduce the possibility of important information loss and leakage.Although BIM Technology has gradually matured,there are still some problems in its application in China:(1)at present,China’s national building information model standard(CBIMS)has been formulated by referring to international industrial foundation standard(IFC),However,due to the wide variety of CAD auxiliary software,data transmission between industries sometimes appears incompatibility,data secondary matching is time-consuming and laborious,and information asymmetry,information loss,information redundancy and other situations are easy to occur,and BIM standard design for CAD software is missing.(2)The building model based on BIM standard of our country needs to be reconstructed manually when it is transferred among different specialties,so it can’t build the regeneration building model automatically,and the model generation requires high hardware equipment and lacks optimization.(3)In China,there is no BIM platform based on local building standards to support the collaborative operation of the whole process,and the concept of CBIMS oriented building process life cycle management and control is still at the theoretical stage.Based on the current situation of BIM Technology in China,this paper focuses on the following three aspects:(1)research on the standardization of building component classification and coding based on BIM Technology,which is used to connect the formed building data and CAD data,and design the standardized building construction library according to the framework of China’s building information classification standard system.(2)Based on the CBIMS standard,according to the characteristics of architecture in the field of architecture and the characteristics of relational database mode,the building application standard is divided into different levels,and each level corresponds to the corresponding level of building model component group.Through the method of modeling algorithm and building model association degree,the read data is analyzed and connected,the data is simplified and filtered,and the required modeling data is obtained.3 D building model.(3)This paper studies the BIM system integration method,designs a highly integrated system of the whole life cycle of the construction industry,which is used for more intuitive observation of the overall process of the building from the first person perspective,secondary design,component modification and data release,and finally synchronizes the changed data with other professional systems.
