| With the development of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology,there are more and more projects involving BIM technology.Using BIM technology for data modeling truly realizes the leap from two-dimensional plane to three-dimensional space.Only an information platform is necessary to realize the sharing and continuous updating of data information of various parties.With information interaction to help efficient management and technical means to enhance the control of engineering projects,design and construction efficiency can be significantly improved,overall project costs can be reduced,thereby reducing or even avoiding multiple economic risks.However,the application of BIM technology is restricted by model information sharing,professional software is cumbersome to be not easy for non-professionals to operate building models and the lack of standard building component library.Therefore,based on BIM technology,this thesis makes the following research on frame structure building:(1)Research on the framework of building information classification and coding standardization.The core of BIM technology is building information resources sharing.The classification and coding of building information is the basis of information sharing.By studying the existing methods and principles of classification and coding of information and the classification and coding system of building information at home and abroad,the problems existing in the existing classification and coding system in China are summarized,and the framework of the building information classification and coding standard system applicable to China is proposed.Finally,according to the proposed system framework,the detailed application of the classification and coding of building information standardization in China is given,which provides the basis for standardized data modeling and component library.(2)Research on lightweight data modeling.Through the secondary development of Revit,the geometry,materials and attribute information in the BIM model of the data modeling by the professional using the standardized building information are extracted and saved as a JSON file,so as to realize the model lightweighting algorithm.In addition,the loading principle of WebGL geometric model is analyzed,and method of data modeling of lightweight model in Web is realized,and user interaction algorithms are also completed.Finally,the experimental results show that the lightweight building information model is very effective in Web-side modeling,and the data compression rate is very low,basically less than 50%.(3)The realization of standardized building component library.According to the detailed application of the classification and coding of building information standardization,with the building model components that integrate standardized information as storage objects and with building component library as the analysis target,the overall structural design and functional structure design of the building component library are combined to realize the standardized building component library.The component library is systematically tested from three following aspects:component storage,component retrieval and component library management.A management system based on feedback from users and administrators is established,thereby realizing component information management. |
