AVEVA Marine(AM),a 3D design software,is the most widely used ship design software with the highest market share.AM provides a component library creation function,designers can be plate,profile,various types of valves,pipe accessories,cables,cable tray and other components for 3D modeling.However,the AM software itself is cumbersome to operate,the component modeling workload is large,and the component library creation requires a lot of time and manpower,which makes it difficult to give full play to the design efficiency advantage based on component library.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the rapid creation function of component library for AM software.In this thesis,the rapid creation of hull,turbine and electrical component library in the ship component library is selected as the research object.Based on AM as the basic platform,the rapid creation system of ship component library is developed to improve the creation efficiency of ship component library,and then improve the efficiency of ship design,and shorten the design time of ship.The main research work includes:(1)System requirement analysis of rapid creation of ship component library.Based on the native library building function of AM,the library building problems of hull component library,turbine component library and electrical component library in AM were analyzed.The requirement analysis of ship component library rapid creation system is carried out from two aspects of system functional requirements and performance requirements.(2)Rapid creation of ship component library system overall design.Based on the system requirement analysis,the development environment and development tools of the system are studied and determined,and SQL Server database is used as the data source of the system.The naming rules of components in the library are designed,the overall design of the system is completed,and the functions and modules of the system are determined.(3)Rapid creation system development of ship component library based on AM.The development steps of the rapid creation system of ship component library are studied and designed.The Paragon module of AM three-dimensional design software is used as the platform,and the C# language is used for program development.The development work of two functions(ship component library creation function,ship component library management function)and five modules(hull component library,turbine component library,electrical component library,batch creation,component library data management)is completed.(4)Through an example,the modeling efficiency of AM native library building function and ship component library rapid creation system is compared,and the advantages of ship component library rapid creation system are verified.On this basis,through practical engineering application,the practicability and effectiveness of the system are verified.
