Hydropower engineering has always been in a very important position in the field of construction project.It is characterized by long construction period and large amount of engineering.It is relatively extensive in practice.Most of the supervision and management focus on progress and quality,and lack of thinking about economic benefits and efficiency.However,with the gradual improvement of the relevant systems,the continuous advancement of science and technology and the diversification of hydropower projects,scientific,refined and rigorous will become the higher goal of the new stage of hydropower project construction.The construction site layout of hydropower projects refers to the allocation of different temporary facilities in the provided construction site in order to find the optimal construction site layout plan,which is an important part for the construction organization.The rationality of the arrangement will have an impact on various aspects such as cost,schedule and quality.With the increasing scarcity of land,all parties pay more and more attention to environmental protection,and the construction site layout of hydropower projects is increasingly required to arrange the plan scientifically and reasonably.However,in the current construction site layout,it still relies more on the experience of construction management and lacks systematic and scientific.The research is intended to start from the layout of the construction site to study the layout optimization of the construction site of the dam construction stage of the large hydropower project.The layout problem of the construction site is an optimization problem,which can be regarded as a facility planning problem.It can be regarded as a secondary distribution problem mathematically.This problem exists not only in the construction organization plan the construction industry,but also in the manufacturing industry.Production logistics system plan view of the profound research of manufacturing industry in this field and the development of theory,the research introduces the systematic layout planning in manufacturing.Through the analysis of logistics and non-logistics analysis,the comprehensive relationship diagram between facilities is obtained.The constraints and the objective function are set,and establish a construction site layout model.In view of the excellent performance of the bionic optimization algorithm in related problems,this research combines the efficient ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm to further improve the performance of the algorithm,using the ant colony algorithm to improve the quality of the initial solution of the genetic algorithm,and then get better optimized solutions.At the same time,in order to solve the multi-objective optimization problem,according to the Pareto optimization theory,combined with the ant colony genetic algorithm to solve the multi-objective optimization problem,the Pareto ant colony genetic algorithm is formed.Finally,the application analysis is carried out through an actual case.The feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are verified by simulating the comprehensive management project of Fengman Hydropower Station,the first large-scale hydropower station reconstruction project in China.The results of the algorithm show that the objective function values of the Pareto solution are better than the original one,and the optimized scheme is more reasonable from the perspective of layout,which is more in line with the actual construction conditions.It embodies the applicability and value of the systematic layout planning and the bionic optimization algorithm of the auxiliary construction site layout scheme.
