With the development of economy and the progress of society,the comfort degree of indoor physical environment of buildings has been paid more and more attention by users,and the quality of indoor physical environment has higher requirements.How to create high-quality indoor physical environment space for users under the premise of energy-saving without using mechanical equipment,combined with specific climatic conditions and site environment is an important topic worthy of our study.Because geographical location,climate,architectural form and other factors affect the comfort of the human body to the indoor physical environment of the building,it is necessary to conduct targeted research on the types of buildings used by specific groups of people.The indoor space of university teaching building is the main place for teachers and students to teach and communicate.It provides high-quality indoor physical environment,which is beneficial to improve the teaching efficiency of teachers and students.In view of the current situation of indoor physical environment of existing teaching buildings in Colleges and universities in Hohhot,this paper studies how to use passive architectural design strategy to improve and enhance the indoor physical environment quality of teaching buildings from the perspective of building a green campus.According to the climatic characteristics of cold regions in China,corresponding technical strategies are put forward to enrich the theoretical system of optimizing the indoor physical environment of university buildings and the design theory of university teaching buildings,which will provide practical guidance for universities in cold regions to design teaching buildings with high quality indoor physical environment,and help to construct university rooms in cold regions.The framework of internal physical environment assessment system.Through on-site testing,questionnaires and selected typical cases for software simulation,this paper analyzed the problems in the indoor physical environment of university teaching buildings in cold regions of China.There are many ways to optimize the indoor physical environment of buildings.According to the different stages of architectural design,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization design strategies for Hohhot area from three aspects: site and environment design,building shape and space design,and envelope structure control.Finally,through the optimization design of a typical teaching building using the proposed design strategy,the corresponding indicators ofindoor physical environment before and after optimization are compared to verify the effect of optimization.The innovations of this paper are as follows: multi-level passive design strategy screening in cold climate area;based on passive design strategy,indoor physical environment optimization strategy is proposed for teaching buildings of colleges and universities in Hohhot area;through field research,indoor physical environment of teaching buildings of colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia area is systematically tested.Its characteristics are summarized.
