The research and development of spacecraft is facing new challenges of increasing research and development requirements,shorter and shorter development cycles,and increasingly tight budgets.The optimization of traditional spacecraft overall design metho ds has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this article uses Knowledge based Engineering technology to deal with the large amount of design knowledge and expert experience accumulated in the overall design process of the spacecraft,to build a knowledge-based system applied in the overall design of the spacecraft,and to guide the overall design activities of the spacecraft.The main contents of this article are as follows:For the acquisition of overall design knowledge of spacecraft,after considering the characteristics of high complexity and diversified knowledge in the field of aerospace,first of all,according to the overall design process of spacecraft and the composition of various subsystems,relevant knowledge items that may be required are collected and sorted out Then,the structured data is converted from the data to the resource description framework,and the unstructured data is extracted according to the resource description framework's triple format,and converted into the know ledge required for ontology construction.Through this semi-automatic knowledge acquisition method,the problem that the design resources cannot be effectively reused in the past is improved.For the representation and reasoning of the overall design knowl edge of the spacecraft,the ontology-based knowledge representation is adopted,and according to the overall design process of the spacecraft,the overall design body of the spacecraft is constructed under the protégé software environment,and the traditional overall design process of the spacecraft is stored in the computer in the form of knowledge.At the same time,the ontology inference engine is used to compile the design rules in the overall design process of the spacecraft,and applied to the constru cted overall design ontology of the spacecraft,so that the ontology has the inference function for the knowledge in the design process.Finally,the simulation design of the power system of the Fire SAT virtual satellite demonstrates the ability of the ont ology constructed by semi-automatic knowledge acquisition to reuse the past design resources,handle multidisciplinary coupling problems in the design process,and the reasoning function of the ontology for design data transfer,design process-driven auxiliary design capabilities.The feasibility of the research theory and method in this article is verified,and the shortcomings of this paper are summarized,and the prospects for future research are prospected.
