With the increasing number of global extreme events(such as hurricanes,earthquakes and other extreme disasters,as well as man-made terrorist attacks)and the demand for reliable power,the resilience gird has attracted more and more attention and research.Resilience power system refers to the power system with flexible resistance and strong recovery ability.Under the circumstances of extreme events,the system can make corresponding preparation and prevention,fully resist and absorb the impact of adverse events,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid and fast return to the expected normal operation state.Before and after the occurrence of disasters or extreme disturbances,the response of resilience grid can be divided into three stages: fault prevention stage,fault penetration stage and fault recovery stage.The process of fault recovery can be divided into three stages:preparation stage,grid reconfiguration stage and load recovery stage.Under the existing power infrastructure conditions,grid reconfiguration stage and load recovery stage are the key to improve grid flexibility.It is one of the core contents of power grid elasticity analysis to establish a correct index system of elasticity measurement and evaluate the effectiveness of elasticity improvement measures with a reasonable method of elasticity quantification.This paper mainly studies the elastic evaluation of distribution system with microgrid and the grid reconfiguration and load recovery stages in the fault recovery stage.The main work is as follows:1)The resilience index of distribution system with microgrid is constructed and calculated.the factors affecting the elasticity of the distribution system with microgrid is analyzed in this paper;on the basis of traditional complex network modeling method,considering the structure and operation characteristics of distribution system with microgrid,establishes the complex network model of distribution system with microgrid;defines the Resilience quantitative index of distribution system with microgrid;realizes the Resilienceity of distribution system with microgrid by combining the definition of complex network model and Resilience index Calculation of sex index value.Finally,an example is analyzed.2)Based on the analytic hierarchy process entropy weight method,a comprehensive evaluation method of distribution system with microgrid is proposed.Based on the penetration theory,the Resilienceity of distribution systemwith microgrid is analyzed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of AHP and entropy weight method,the comprehensive Resilienceity evaluation method of distribution system with microgrid based on AHP entropy weight method is proposed.The method is used to evaluate the Resilienceity of distribution system with microgrid in four different operation states.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example.3)Propose a micro-grid differential recovery operation method to improve the flexibility of the distribution network.According to the different influence areas of natural disasters in the distribution system with microgrid,this paper puts forward the microgrid differential recovery operation method based on reconstruction and non reconstruction Island / grid connection;considering the particularity of microgrid in the complex network model of distribution system with microgrid,and the proposed Resilience quantitative index system of distribution system with microgrid can not reflect the impact of microgrid reconstruction on the Resilienceity of microgrid,The Resilience index system for microgrid reconfiguration is proposed,and the comprehensive Resilience quantification method based on Choquet integral is proposed.On this basis,the comprehensive Resilience value of each reconfiguration scheme is calculated by Choquet integral to get the optimal microgrid reconfiguration scheme based on the Resilienceity of important load power supply.An example is given to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.4)Three different strategies of distribution network fault repair are proposed and compared by simulation.In the stage of load recovery in the process of fault recovery,the recovery process of power grid is analyzed from two aspects: the repair order of fault components and the repair resources of power grid;according to the characteristics of distribution network,the repair process of fault components in the distribution network is proposed combining the fault impact analysis;three different repair strategies are proposed according to the repair order of fault components,and the repair strategies are simulated and compared in different fault situations The size of elastic loss under the shape.
