Through the establishment of an efficient and scientific operation efficiency evaluation index system,we can accurately evaluate the operation efficiency of public transport lines,and find out the factors that reduce the operation efficiency,so as to optimize the line operation mode,improve the public transport volume and ease the degree of traffic congestion.In recent years,with the economic prosperity and growth and the influx of large numbers of foreign population,Hangzhou,as one of the new first tier cities,has entered a new stage of development,which undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for Hangzhou's public transport.Public transport is divided into ground public transport and rail transit in Hangzhou.In order to meet the 2022 Asian Games smoothly,the construction of rail transit is in progress.After the completion of large-scale rail transit construction,the new public transport system will inevitably have a significant impact on the existing bus line operation in Hangzhou.Therefore,the construction of the operating efficiency evaluation system in line with the actual situation can not only objectively and accurately evaluate the operation efficiency of public transport lines,but also provides the basis for the later optimization andadjustment.In view of the limitations of the existing evaluation system of bus line operation efficiency,this paper proposes a coupling evaluation system which combines the public transport line and rail transit.Therefore,this paper constructs a three-level evaluation index system,and proposes to evaluate the operation efficiency of public transport lines from four aspects: route planning,service level,operation efficiency and public transport track coordinated operation.Through an example,it is verified that the public transport rail coordinated operation index has a significant impact on the operational efficiency of Hangzhou's public transport lines.Compared with the traditional operation efficiency evaluation indexes,the proposed evaluation index system is more effective The three-level evaluation index system has better advantages for evaluating the operation efficiency of bus lines.At the same time,when the evaluation index weight of operation efficiency is assigned,the actual operating condition of the line itself and the subjective intention of the evaluator are comprehensively considered.On this basis,a combined weighting method is proposed.Through the example,verification,the combination weighting method not only gives full play to the subjective characteristics of AHP,but also makes use of the objective characteristics of the entropy weight method.Through the weight assignment of combination weighting,it synthesizes theadvantages of the two methods.It overcomes the limitations of using a single method,and ensures the accuracy of the weight assignment of evaluation indexes of bus line operation efficiency.In this paper,through the construction of the evaluation system of the operation efficiency of public transport lines in line with the future public transport system in Hangzhou,the evaluation index is accurately weighted by the combination weighting method,and the operation efficiency of the public transport lines in Hangzhou is evaluated.The reasons for the low operational efficiency of the lines are analyzed,and the corresponding optimization and adjustment ideas are given.
