With the continuous development of economic and social,the deepening of the construction of the power network,the status of distribution network in the power system is gradually valued.In recent years,China's distribution network frequently suffered the invasion of natural disasters,has brought huge loss of life and property to the state and the people.Therefore,to carry out the distribution network of disaster assessment and fault recovery scheme is particularly important.This paper is based on "smart distribution network situation aware and disaster response key technology research and development" project,through in-depth study of natural disasters and secondary disasters occurrence using these rules,to the disaster caused by risk possibility and affected object may suffer losses identification assessment,know in advance grid disaster factor formation and development trend;through the analysis of Shenyang hazard source and the degree of harm,establishing Shenyang power supply company early warning and emergency response systems.In this paper,the disaster factor of distribution network is analyzed by means of the improved AHP-anti entropy power method,and the impact assessment model of power network disaster is established.By using the improved analytic hierarchy process analysis method is used to calculate natural disasters impact on the power system of subjective weights,the anti entropy method to calculate natural disasters impact on the power system of objective weight,the credibility of the subjective and objective weight assignment using the D-S evidence theory,on the impact of natural disasters were evaluated in order to improve the reliability of power system under disaster conditions,so as to provide a scientific basis for emergency decision.In addition,the fault recovery method based on game theory is proposed for the purpose of the fault recovery of the single fault of the distribution network..Will every power supply recovery scheme as agent,by judging the recovery operation scheme between whether there is conflict,not consistency to determine whether or not a cooperative game model,in order to obtain the distribution network power supply optimal recovery strategy,the realization of distribution network fault recovery.At last,the paper studies the disaster repair strategy after the disaster caused by the power network fault and the large area blackout accident.Composed of ADA,n RTA and Spa multi-agent system was proposed,which uses the game theory of multi-agent algorithm based on on the repair strategy model is solved,by judging whether there is fault point the repair team can independently complete repair or the existence of the fault point by two or more than two repair team completed repair takes less time to determine whether the cooperation game model,numerical examples and cases analysis shows that this method can efficiently achieve the repair strategy,reduce the loss.
