Research Based On The BSC Perspective The Jade Pool Of Cherry Blossom Valley(Xia Pu) Agricultural Landscape Evaluation Research And Development

Different types and advantages of agricultural landscape tourism development projects,agricultural landscape value transform is also the key to the management efficiency of leisure farm.The development theme of the agricultural landscape influences consumers' experience choices and consumption decisions.When agricultural landscape leisure projects with different styles in different regions become fashion,consumers will naturally have more diversified choices in experience selection and consumption decision.At present,the landscape design and strategic optimization development of agricultural tourism experience project with agricultural landscape as the core,have gradually become the research hotspots which gains more focuses.In view of this,this study takes the agricultural landscape development of Yutan Sakura Valley as the research object and summarize the main methods and concepts with literature analysis;By means of field investigation,questionnaire survey and experts scoring,we try to obtain the data oft resource evaluation and strategy evaluation of agricultural landscape in Yutan Sakura Valley.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to establish the agricultural landscape evaluation system to determine the optimal development resources.The Balanced Score Card(BSC)was used to combineagricultural landscape evaluation with project development evaluation,with analyzing the specific financial,customer informationinternal business processes and experience learning,we can finish optimization of the agricultural landscape advantage resources development strategy.It unifies the practical needs of theoretical research and agricultural landscape project management,so as to provide theoretical basis and strategic optimization Suggestions for agricultural landscape development and the development of project and brand IP shaping.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The most advantageous resource of the Yutan sakura valley's landscape development project is the agricultural landscape resource.The most important resource is the sakura theme landscape,and the order of main index factors influencing the theme landscape is: beauty > local >richness = cleanliness = ecology.(2)Strategy optimization of Sakura theme project: control project cost scientifically and increase the project construction;Strengthen the service for group customers and develop the sakura products with great viewing experience,which will bring more rebuy;Make good use of new media technology,improve the processing efficiency of customers' suggestion on view experience,and promote the "Sakura Valley brand IP" building;Improve the welfare of employees,improve the professional training system for personnel.
