Research On Cherry Blossom Landscape Improvement Planning And Design In Southern District Of Qingdao City From The Perspective Of Micro-Renewal

Urban micro-renewal is a new countermeasure under the situation of "stock planning" and an important measure to promote the new normal urbanization in China.Southern District of Qingdao City has a beautiful natural environment,profound cultural heritage,a long history of cherry cultivation and rich germplasm resources.Zhongshan Park under its jurisdiction is the preferred place for citizens to enjoy cherry every spring.However,with the increasing demand for a better life and the diversification of spiritual demands of residents,a large number of urban space urgently needs to be upgraded through "micro-renewal".In this paper,Cherry Blossom landscape as a catalyst to intervene in the urban micro-renewal of Qingdao,aiming to integrate and sort out the cherry blossom landscape space,enhance the cultural connotation of spring cherry appreciation in Qingdao,and then enhance visitors' experience of cherry appreciation,stimulate urban vitality.The micro-renewal of Cherry Blossom characteristic landscape space is a problem-oriented optimization and upgrading planning and design.Based on the field investigation of ten streets in Southern District of Qingdao City,the present situation of Cherry Blossom landscape in Southern District of Qingdao City is summarized.By comparing the current patterns and experiences of Cherry Blossom landscape at home and abroad,the existing problems of Cherry Blossom landscape in Southern District of Qingdao City are sorted out,from three aspects of planning,design and management.This paper elaborates the strategy of optimization and upgrading,and finally uses the method of planning and design to micro-update the cherry blossom characteristic landscape in Shinan District.There are six chapters in this paper,which are as follows:The first chapter is introduction.This paper expounds the origin,background,purpose and significance of this study,combs the research status of Cherry Blossom landscape at home and abroad,and puts forward the corresponding research methods and technical routes.The second chapter is the theoretical basis.This paper expounds the concepts of new normal urban development and spatial micro-renewal,combines the theory of stock tapping,supply-side demand-side and sustainable development,and through the analysis of domestic and foreign cases,puts forward the method of urban renewal,which provides a theoretical basis for guiding the micro-renewal of Cherry Blossom characteristic landscape in Southern District of Qingdao City.The third chapter clarifies the history of cherry blossoms in southern Qingdao and the importance of Cherry Blossom research.Through combing the history of cherry blossoms in Qingdao and the relationship between cherry blossoms and residents,this paper analyzes the role of Cherry Blossom landscape in urban space and the importance of residents' daily life,and sums up the significance of Cherry Blossom landscape renewal.The fourth chapter is to investigate and analyze the characteristic landscape of cherry blossoms in the Southern District of Qingdao,and put forward the corresponding optimization and promotion strategies.Through on-the-spot investigation of ten streets in the south of the city,this paper summarizes the status quo of Cherry Blossom landscape in the south of the city,summarizes the existing problems,and puts forward the strategies of optimization and promotion from three aspects of planning,design and management.The fifth chapter is about the planning and design of Cherry Blossom characteristic landscape.In view of the existing problems and upgrading strategies of Cherry Blossom landscape in the Southern District of Qingdao City,three typical plans and designs are made for Sanming South Road Community,Qingdao Zhongshan Park and Xiaoyushan Campus of China Ocean University.The sixth chapter summarizes the optimization strategies and implementation methods of Cherry Blossom characteristic landscape in Shinan District.The possibility of Cherry Blossom characteristic landscape as a medium in the spatial micro-renewal of the Southern District of Qingdao City is prospected,which can be used as a reference for the optimization of urban space supply side.
