| With the continuous development of economic globalization,capital,technology,and information flows across borders and regions,and more and more transnational enterprises enter the Chinese market and establish sole proprietorship or joint venture companies.The competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce,and gradually extends to the competition of enterprise supply chain.China’s auto industry has seen tremendous growth since reform and opening-up,and the number of cars produced and sold in China has surpassed that of the United States to become the world’s largest market.The auto parts market has also been booming,and the whole parts industry chain has been completed,however,there are many supply chain problems behind the rapid growth,especially the supply chain production capacity of commercial vehicle engine parts in recent years,which is worth discussing and studying.For commercial vehicle engine enterprises,especially those group companies in China who have more than one entity and vast supplier network,it is important to provide fast response to the market demand and build flexible supply chain through common customized supplier capacity management.Enterprises must pay attention to and find suitable solutions.Based on the background of China’s commercial vehicle engine market and engine parts supply chain,this article takes the real situation and existing problems of capacity management of common customized suppliers of C group as the research object.This article describes the basic concepts and theoretical basis of supplier management and capacity management,and the relevant domestic and oversea research status as the theoretical basis.By elaborating status and existing problems of C group company’s supplier capacity management,and proposed collaborative management method of common customized supplier capacity for C group company with multiple entities and large supplier network.This article focuses on four aspects of the method,identification of common customized key categories and suppliers,optimization of demand forecast data,common customized supplier capacity management collaboration,and collaborative management risk identification and avoidance mechanism.Then,the article further explains the key points in the approach through the process optimization of demand planning,supplier capacity update mechanism,limited capacity allocation principle and decision,which enrich and optimize the common customized supplier capacity management method,and form a more complete solution.Through the gradual implementation of solutions in C group,we hope to improve the overall supply and response capacity of the group to meet the challenge of market demand fluctuations,and build an efficient and flexible engine parts supply chain.This article has reference value for Chinese commercial vehicle engine parts enterprises,especially the key parts group companies with multiple entities and vast suppliers in China. |
