China's economy has increased rapidly and steadily,and the production and sales of domestic cars and passenger cars have increased year by year.China's auto parts industry has started from scratch,which has been relying on foreign technology for the first time,and now has more than 13000 auto parts enterprises.The team of Chinese auto parts suppliers is growing stronger.How to evaluate and select these auto parts suppliers efficiently and scientifically,and then establish good partnership is significant for every car manufacturer.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the overall development of China's automobile industry,based on a clear understanding of the current situation,summarizes the existing research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the field of supplier management,supplier selection,summarizes the research status of evaluation system and performance management system.After in-depth analysis of the literature in the field of supplier management and control,it is found that there are still several points to be perfected in the existing theoretical structure.First,the existing theories and theories of automotive parts supplier selection and evaluation need further improvement.Secondly,there is a lack of systematic and comprehensive evaluation for the selection process of suppliers.Thirdly,there is a lack of quantitative indicators for supplier performance evaluation and lack of experience accumulation.Fourthly,there are few discussions on supplier differentiation management.In this paper,the shortcomings of the existing theoretical aspects are further studied.In order to make the research results more convincing and practical,this paper makes an empirical study on the industry representative of domestic automobile enterprises,V enterprises.V enterprise is the most well-known joint venture automobile manufacturing enterprise in China,and has a very important position in the Chinese automobile industry.”Since 12th Five-Year,"V enterprises invested in the development of the field has accumulated more than 3 billion yuan,not only to cultivate an excellent car R&D team,also established a leading international level,improve the function of technology research and development center,has been basically with the whole development ability.This paper takes V company as the research object,research status and shortcomings of V company supplier management,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement,and forward-looking:such as optimization of supplier selection process,the establishment of supplier performance evaluation system of traceability and processing method for supplier management and development trend of performance to predict the use of large data and the differences in the establishment of supplier management mechanism.This paper discusses the process of "no reason for the length of the supplier performance evaluation system"can be traced back to more in-depth discussion,which will further improve in the research on the.
