With the development of Industry 4.0 and the rise of science and technology such as artificial intelligence,flexible manufacturing technologies and information technology allow people to customize products at a lower cost.Personalization as an emerging customer-focused production model is gradually replacing traditional production models.Product configuration technology,as an important part of personalization,is the key technology to achieve rapid response to user needs and complete product configuration design.However,existing product configuration methods have some problems such as inability to respond to customers' vague needs and weak ability to express product configuration knowledge.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes a product configuration method based on semantic web technology,the new method realizes the inference of knowledge and management of product component information by combining semantic web technology,and the matching of fuzzy requirements by introducing semantic similarity algorithm and fuzzy function method.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.On the basis of fully investigating the semantic similarity algorithm,this paper proposes a new information content computation model based on Tongyici Cilin.The new model can make the information content computation results more accurate and thus improve the accuracy of the concept semantic similarity algorithm.2.Since the data in the database can only be queried based on specific parameters and cannot be directly queried for fuzzy requirements,this paper propose to realize the query and matching of fuzzy requirements by combining semantic query with fuzzy set theory and affiliation function,thus improving the intelligence of semantic query.3.Because of the semantic heterogeneity of the product configuration information,the management complexity of the information is relatively high.Therefore,this paper proposes to build an ontology for the product configuration domain through Semantic Web technology,and use ontology mapping to solve the semantic heterogeneity problem,so as to achieve effective management of product configuration and product component information and reduce the difficulty of managing product configuration and component information.4.This paper addresses the problem of weak representation of product configuration knowledge by proposing inference rules for translating product structure knowledge and configuration constraint knowledge into OWL and Prolog language descriptions.In this way,the ability to express knowledge is enhanced and reasoning about constraints on product components and product configuration combinations is achieved.5.In this paper,a semantic-based product configuration demand response system is designed and implemented in conjunction with the B/S model,and the effectiveness of the product configuration demand response mechanism and related technical applications is verified by testing each system functional module.
