The Reseach On Design And Customized Information Processing Method Based On Semantic Model Of Product Symbols

This paper analyzed the defect which left in the information processing of mess customization based on mass customization and message processing technology, and then expounds the customer demands as the starting point of design and customize and put forward a new message processing method which based on semantics model of product symbols.Firstly, the paper introduce the development status of information processing and the importance of the use of semantic expression in information processing, after that the paper introduced the concept of semantic models and discribed the indivisible characteristics between semantic and message. In order to get valid argument, this paper combine the product symbol and semantic modle together and add a semantic model module in information processing make the information pass along effectively.Secondly, this paper discourses the superior of semantic models used in user design and customize, with the method of link product symbol and semantic modle based on class object and instance object,paper describe the incidence relation between symbol objects, to achieve the abstration and formal representation of product design object,and facilitate the management of product design data and concepts in the product design.At last, as an example to verify the above method, in bag filter design we construct a database based on semantic modle and bring about the information processing of filter bag design use Pro/E secondary development through this way.
