The single tower self-anchored suspension bridge with low engineering cost,reasonable structure and beautiful appearance etc.Its main cable of the bridge is directly anchored on the stiffening beam to form a self-balancing system by its cable supporting structure,which is favored by the majority of designers.Quanhe Bridge of Yingliu Road in Fuyang is a single tower self-anchored suspension bridge and 241 meters long.Its main beam is a steel box girder and The tower is a memorial archway style of Hui-style architecture,which has a graceful shape.In this paper,the construction process of the Quanhe Bridge is taken as Research goals.According to the characteristics of bridge structure and construction environment,analyzed and designed the key technical solutions on construction.Some Research results that have gained practical value.(1)Analysis The characteristics of bridge structure and key technical difficulties in construction and put forward relevant technical plans a.Focus on the main pier cofferdam and cap、 tower cable、 steel box girder fabrication and installation,anchorage span reinforced beam system、cable system and approach bridge superstructure construction as the research object,Researc hing its construction scheme,construction technology and technical measures.(2)Using Lizheng design software ansysis the stress and deformation of steel sheet pile cofferdam,Simulated The hydration heat of the main pier caps by midas/civil software.Put forward a synchronous construction method of main and auxiliary pylons of cable tower,which solves the construction interference and improves the work efficiency caused by the asynchronous construction of main and auxiliary pylons.(3)The construction method of oblique intersection of Bailey beams and cross-columns is adopted to solve the interference problem of cross-river dam to scaffold Bailey beam.Aiming at the construction scheme of T-frame continuous beam,the simulation and checking calculation of Bailey beam and column of truss are carried out by using MIDAS/Audio software.
