Research On Influencing Factors Of Interface Management Of EPC Project

In recent years,EPC has been promoted in the international and domestic markets as an engineering contracting model.This model can achieve a reasonable intersection of design,procurement and construction,and can reasonably combine several major businesses,so that the overall project plan can be more optimized,which is very beneficial to the management of the owner and can effectively ensure the progress of the project construction.Realization of the owner's cost goal.However,many participants are intertwined in a system,which will inevitably bring huge challenges to managers.For example,the goals of different participants are very different,and the interface between organizations will be formed.Based on this problem,this article will systematically review the interface management,find out the influencing factors that affect the interface management of the EPC project through literature,and further screen and evaluate the influencing factors through expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,so as to draw the key influencing factors.The conclusions drawn in this article are as follows:(1)Systematically summarize the development process of EPC general contracting model at home and abroad,put forward interface management issues,combine the interface management related literature research,organize and introduce the application and development process of interface management,which is convenient for the following EPC general contracting model interface Management research.(2)The characteristics of the EPC general contracting model are analyzed,including model classification,contract structure,organizational structure,etc.,combined with existing Chinese and foreign research on interface management,the definition of interface management,interface classification,interface generation reasons and The principles of interface management are systematically introduced,and it is proposed that the EPC general contracting model includes three types of interfaces: physical interface,contract interface,and organization interface.(3)Based on the research of interface management theory,through reading the relevant literature on interface management influencing factors,summarizing several factors that affect interface management,using expert interviews and other methods to screen the above factors,and identifying 34 interfaces that affect EPC projects Key factors of management.(4)In order to further study the difference between 34 influencing factors,data collection was carried out by issuing questionnaires,and the collated data was entered into SPSS for sample analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,principal component analysis,and finally 34 The factors are divided into six categories,on this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to calculate and rank each influencing factor group.And discussed in detail the six factors behind the ranking.(5)In order to discover the problems and improvement suggestions in the interface management of EPC general contracting projects,this paper also made an analysis of variance of other influencing factors and individual characteristics.Finally,this paper puts forward six suggestions for improving the interface management of EPC general contracting projects.
