By the end of 2016,a total of 30 cities opened the operation of urban rail transit in the Chinese mainland,133 operating lines,the total length of 4152.8km,with 2 or more city urban rail transit lines increased to 21,China entered the stage of urban rail traffic overall construction speed.As an important safety facility in the subway system,the subway station platform is installed on the edge of the platform of subway,light rail and other rail transit stations.It isolates the track from the platform waiting area to provide security for the passengers waiting for the train.In order to avoid the passengers' contact with the hull of the train body and the platform door at the same time when passengers get off and get off and get off,the domestic subway platform door system is designed to use platform doors and platform near the vehicle area for insulation installation,and the subway transit rail(negative reflux)is used for equipotential connection.However,this kind of insulation scheme has many disadvantages in the actual operation,which is mainly reflected in the failure of the insulation value to meet the requirements of the standard and repair.How to solve this problem and ensure the safety of passengers is of great significance.According to the insulation of the subway station portal system problem,this paper based on the theory of project risk management,using fault tree analysis method and Delphi method,from the aspects such as policy,technology,management of traditional subway platform door insulation project throughout the life cycle is to conduct a comprehensive and detailed risk analysis and assessment,and risk management countermeasures are put forward.According to the risk assessment of the platform gate,it is found that the concrete cause of the insulation project of the platform shield door is caused by the leakage of water,and the concrete invades the column and base to cause the pollution of the pillar and the base,and the guide professional part sets up the direct contact shielding door body equipment;After cutting the eaves of the platform,the construction unit has not made light surface treatment,and there is a gluten with a long time;The dust and humidity of the tunnel are large,the rail and the train wheels are rubbed with metal powder,and some of the impurities are attached to the insulation parts.These risks can not be effectively controlled in the process of construction and the operation of the later period.Based on this,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of the risk response of the equipotential connection and the step voltage control.
