Planning Strategy For Resettlement Area Of Ex-situ Pro-poor Relocation In The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

Ex-situ pro-poor relocation in China is a unique approach to poverty alleviation in China.The integration and development of resettlement areas is a new topic at the level of city and rural planning.There are few systematic studies in the academic community,but due to the complexity and importance of its engineering,its planning work needs experience summary and strategy research.From the perspective of sustainable development,research focuses on government organizations and concentrated resettlement area of ex-situ pro-poor relocation.First of all,on the basis of reviewing,analyzing and summarizing the research and practice in the related areas of resettlement area planning of Ex-situ pro-poor relocation,study will define resettlement area planning of Ex-situ pro-poor relocation,clearing the connotation of resettlement area planning of Ex-situ pro-poor relocation from the perspective of sustainable development,and sort out the planning cases at home and abroad,and grasp the latest Progress in the theory and practice.Secondly,based on the framework of the sustainable development prospects of Chinese rural studies,the in-depth study on the influencing factors and impact mechanisms of sustainable development in the resettlement area will be divided into four aspects: ecological,economic,construction,and social and cultural,and points out its sustainable development direction.Thirdly,according to the order from the macroscopic to the microcosmic,research will study the planning principles and strategies for resettlement area of ex-situ pro-poor relocation,construct a planning strategic framework for resettlement area,and discuss the optimize measures to achieve sustainable development of resettlement area.Finally,on the basis of systematic research,through the investigation and planning work of resettlement area of ex-situ pro-poor relocation in the Six Counties and Districts of Datong City,Shanxi Province,the geographic characteristics of the resettlement area,the living habits of the immigrants,the details of the policies were investigated,and the primary information was obtained.With in-depth study of planning in Datong City,the implementation of the project is an empirical support for the paper,expect to provide new ideas for the planning project of the resettlement area of ex-situ pro-poor relocation.
