Study On The Planning Of Resettlement Area Of Rural Complex

In 2017,the state issued a series of policies,"rural complex" as an important measure to realize rural revitalization and new urbanization in China.As the future development trend of the rural complex,more and more studies have been conducted on the planning of the rural complex.As the main body of the construction and use of the rural complex,the construction of the rural complex resettlement area is particularly important for the long-term development of the rural complex.In this study,the planning of rural complex resettlement area is taken as the research object.According to the research and related data research,the resettlement methods of rural complex resettlement area are classified.Through the analysis of typical rural complex resettlement area construction cases,according to the current situation of resettlement area construction,corresponding planning methods are proposed for different resettlement methods.And select a high representative and reference value of the "Wangdu Shengshi rural complex happy home" actual project to carry out the actual case planning and design,improve the planning method,and draw a conclusion.According to the planning method of local scattered resettlement,four planning strategies are put forward,namely,protection and inheritance,integration of the old and the new,connection and co construction,and renovation and upgrading.The specific measures and suggestions are put forward in the aspects of texture protection,building transformation,industry promotion and environmental improvement.In view of the centralized resettlement mode in relocation,this paper studies and discusses the land function replacement,scale construction and social atmosphere construction,and puts forward the concept of "pastoral scale".According to the relevant theories of residents’communication ability,rural texture and spatial syntax,the block scale of "pastoral scale"is explored.Through the research on the traditional rural communication space type,the courtyard in front of the house is proposed The planning method of "pastoral scale"communication space,such as streets,alleys and central space;the continuation mode of"acquaintance society" of "same origin group,different mixture",the homogeneous atmosphere construction mode of mixed house type and resource sharing;the construction of rural atmosphere should be strengthened,taking into account the integration of regional cultural heritage and the characteristics of the times,as well as the connection with different plate contents,construction and time It is an idyllic resettlement area.On the theoretical level,it enriches and improves the theoretical research system framework of rural complex resettlement area planning;on the practical level,it guides the planning and design of "Wangdu Shengshi rural complex happy home",and also provides enlightenment for the planning and construction of other similar rural complex resettlement area.
