Steel sheet pile cofferdams are widely used in the construction of deep-water foundation bridges,but there are too many accidents in the construction of Steel Sheet Pile Cofferdams in China due to improper construction process control.Therefore,the importance of construction analysis and construction process monitoring for Steel Sheet Pile Cofferdams is self-evident.In this paper,the following research is carried out on the 4 # pier steel sheet pile cofferdam project of the No.2 bridge of a certain section of the Huadu-Dongguan expressway:(1)This paper discusses the whole construction process of steel sheet pile cofferdam,analyzes the key and difficult points in the construction process,summarizes the possible problems in the construction process and gives the corresponding measures.(2)Through the BOTDA distributed optical fiber monitoring technology,the whole process of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction is monitored,and the stress and deformation of steel sheet pile cofferdam in the construction process are monitored to ensure the safety of the whole construction process.(3)Through the finite element software MIDAS/GTS,the three-dimensional finite element model analysis is carried out to simulate various working conditions in the actual construction process,and the stress characteristics and deformation characteristics of the steel sheet pile cofferdam in the whole construction process are obtained,and the numerical analysis results are compared with the monitoring results to verify the validity and reliability of the distributed optical fiber monitoring data.(4)Based on the verified three-dimensional finite element model,some working conditions that may occur in the actual project,such as the rise of water level and the different depth of pile into the soil,are simulated and analyzed.The safety assessment of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction is carried out to verify the safety of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction. |
