With the development of renewable energy technology,environmental degradation and emissions can not only be improved by electric vehicle that is as a new tool of transportation,but also the cost of travelling will be decreased effectively by electric vehicle.At this time,with the rapid development and promotion of electric vehicles technology,electric vehicles are very popular among users,and have been widely used.However,the large-scale popularization brings about the problems of time-consuming charging and unbalanced load in charging stations due to the random and uncoordinated charging behavior of users.And now,many scholars are studying how to make reasonable charging choices for users on the premise of satisfying the benefit of users and charging stations.Firstly,a charging selection strategy based on double queue model is proposed.And this strategy tries to solve the problem of long charging time caused by users' random and uncoordinated charging behavior.The main purpose of this strategy is to minimize the total charging time of users when they travel.To handle this purpose,a multi-objective optimization function about the travel time,waiting time and charging time is established.The solution with the least travel time of users can be obtained by solving this function.The experimental results show that the total charging time of users in the whole charging process is significantly reduced by comparing the general single queue model with the proposed double queue model.Next,a double queue dynamic pricing optimization strategy is proposed.And the purpose of this strategy is to influence the users' charging choice through the price of electricity,and relieving the unbalanced or extreme load between charging stations caused by the large-scale charging behavior of electric vehicles in a certain region.Therefore,a mathematical model is established to minimize the time and charge cost,and the best optimum charging station is obtained by solving the model.The simulation results show that the optimization strategy proposed in this paper can not only guarantee the satisfaction of users,but also improve the unbalanced or extreme load between charging stations.Finally,this paper designs a communication system based on the vehicle-station-platform,which achieves the information communication between electric vehicles and charging stations.And this system also results in charging selection and gets the charging scheme back to the users through the communication.At the same time,security communication is guaranteed among platform electric vehicles and charging stations.
