| Creating education and talent highlands is an important goal for the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and vocational education provides talent support for the development of the manufacturing industry.Foshan City is located in the core hinterland of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and is one of the development engines of the "Guang-Fo Zhaoqing" economic circle.As a manufacturing base in China,Foshan’s manufacturing industry is in a critical period from "Made in Foshan" to "Intelligent Manufacturing in Foshan",facing the double predicament of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the structural contradiction of talent supply,and technical and technical personnel trained by higher vocational education It is a breakthrough to realize the connection between talents and industry.To clarify the actual situation and prospects of the cultivation of manufacturing professionals in Foshan Higher Vocational Colleges,to clarify the relationship between manufacturing and manufacturing professionals is conducive to improving the level of talent service and optimizing the structure of the talent team.At present,Foshan’s manufacturing industry is characterized by a developed private economy,strong innovation vitality,and the shift of industrial chain structure to the middle and high-end.It is quite difficult to transform and upgrade traditional industries.Based on the characteristics of this industry,it is concluded that the development of Foshan manufacturing industry needs compound,high-skilled and innovative talents.Therefore,this study of foshan talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges to carry out the survey,it is found that the following five problems: lack of manufacturing engineering construction goal and the industry development adaptation,designed a fusion courses in higher vocational colleges lack of systematic construction,access to teachers and development flow mechanism and practice teaching system path dependence and process oriented evaluation system needs to be the perfect.Next,the use of survey data to construct the foshan manufacturing engineering students’ quality model in higher vocational colleges,an analysis of the causes from the perspective of manufacturing personnel qualities,and found that the students professional ability is relatively weak,lack of innovation ability and problem solving ability,responsibility performance expectations do not match with the teacher and the students students relative lack of self-confidence and aesthetic ability.Based on the training specialty,curriculum,teachers,practice and evaluation of foshan higher vocational colleges,the research suggests to compare the quality structure of four-dimensional compound talents,cultivate industry-oriented compound,learning-oriented and skilled talents,and pay attention to the training of professional and technical ability.To build an innovative and efficient curriculum system to enhance students’ innovative practice ability;Broaden the source of "double-qualified" vocational education teachers and smooth the flow channel of teachers;The high quality teaching base is built by schools and enterprises,educational activities are carried out in combination with foshan regional characteristic culture,and the sense of responsibility is strengthened in practical teaching.We should improve the process-oriented assessment and evaluation system,implement the "1+X" diploma and vocational skill level certificate system,strengthen career education,emphasize the cultivation of students’ problem-solving ability,and enhance the learning confidence and aesthetic ability of non-automatic students.Higher vocational colleges in Foshan should comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation in each link of the talent cultivation process,so as to realize the precise docking of talent supply for the transformation and development of manufacturing industry. |
