Railway is one of the important means of transportation for public travel and goods transportation,and it is the main artery for the normal operation of our national economy and society.Railway operation material supply is a powerful guarantee for the normal operation of railway transportation and production,and also an important part of the total cost.At present,the phenomenon of insufficient management level of Railway internal operation materials,high logistics cost and repeated storage of materials is common,which poses a huge challenge to the internal logistics management of railway transportation enterprises.Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition,reducing the total cost of operating material logistics system has become the key point to support the rapid development of railway transportation enterprises.Similar to the characteristics of many railway transport enterprises,s railway transport enterprises only pay attention to external transport services for a long time,and lack of unified planning for internal logistics network,resulting in relatively backward management means and level of internal operation material logistics system,and high logistics cost.S railway transportation enterprise has 4 central material warehouses and 182 team material warehouses,forming a supply network of central material warehouse team material warehouse.In order to optimize the total cost of the internal logistics system,s railway transportation enterprise plans to adopt the centralized inventory management method to control the inventory in a moderate way.It plans to cancel the team material warehouse,select several points from 33 alternative points to build the station area material warehouse as the team demand point supply and demand,so as to form the logistics supply network of the central material warehouse,the station area material warehouse and the team demand point.In this paper,based on the logistics network optimization of s-railway transportation enterprise,using the integrated optimization theory of logistics system location path inventory,the maximum vehicle load,the maximum storage capacity of the warehouse,the maximum transportation time of the day and other constraints,the total cost function is established by considering the fixed construction cost,transportation cost and storage cost,and the supply of s-railway transportation enterprise is established Location path inventory model of logistics system.After comparing various algorithms,two-stage heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithmis selected to solve the model.Finally,this paper puts the actual data of s railway transportation enterprise into the model,and uses MATLAB software to solve the model with the algorithm mentioned above.Taking the total cost optimization as the objective function,the location of station area material warehouse,the service allocation of team demand point and the decision of vehicle transportation path are obtained under the conditions of 17 Limited Station area material warehouse and no limited station area material warehouse,respectively It provides a reference for the optimization decision of the internal logistics system of the railway transportation company.This paper includes 13 charts,12 tables and 43 references.
