| Aiming at the problems of unreasonable distribution of logistics nodes,limitation of network structure and lack of high-level resource integration in Guangxi finished cigarette sales logistics network,this paper analyzes the current situation of logistics network structure and distribution center layout of finished cigarette sales,aiming at integrating logistics resources,optimizing overall layout,reducing cost and increasing efficiency Network structure planning and finished cigarette sales logistics network logistics center layout two improvement needs.Through the methods of modern logistics management concept,system planning and design and process reengineering,the multi-level logistics network structure and logistics node location model are constructed to realize the cross regional joint distribution of finished cigarettes,and improve the cigarette sales and service quality.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:First,the logistics network planning demand analysis of finished cigarette sales.Taking the logistics network of finished cigarette sales in Guangxi as the research object,this paper studies the logistics network structure,distribution center layout,economic development of various cities in Guangxi and the current situation of cigarette annual sales.It analyzes the problems existing in the logistics network of finished cigarette sales,and puts forward two logistics network structure planning of finished cigarette sales and logistics center layout of finished cigarette sales logistics network Needs to be improved.Second,research on the logistics network planning elements of finished cigarette sales.Taking the finished cigarette sales logistics network as the research object,focusing on the two improvement needs of finished cigarette sales logistics network structure planning and finished cigarette sales logistics network logistics center layout,this paper studies the three elements of cigarette sales,hierarchical logistics network structure and logistics center location.Third,the research and construction of the prediction model of the annual sales volume of finished cigarettes.Collect and sort out the annual cigarette sales data of each district in Guangxi from 2014 to 2019,and use the grey Markov combination forecasting model to forecast the annual cigarette sales data of Guangxi in 2025.The grey GM(1,1)model is used to process the original data to get the preliminary prediction data,and then the Markov model is used to modify the prediction value.The accuracy of the model is improved to 99.8%,and the average relative error of fitting is reduced to 0.2%,which provides data support for the following model construction and solution.Fourth,product logistics center classification and location.Firstly,a logistics network optimization model was established,including cost model and location model.Then the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model by MATLAB software programming.At the same time,evolutionary inversion operator and re insertion operation are added in the operation process of genetic algorithm to improve the search ability of genetic algorithm and reduce the probability of falling into local optimal solution.Finally,through the analysis of various factors affecting the location of logistics center,a hierarchical structure model is constructed,and the weight of each influencing factor is determined by AHP,and the final optimization scheme is obtained.Fifthly,the layout scheme design and effect analysis of finished cigarette sales logistics network.On the basis of cigarette sales in the future,based on the typical logistics network structure,combined with the specific needs of Guangxi tobacco cigarette,the network system of multi node,multi-path and spanning the whole Guangxi region is constructed,and the layout and radiation range of regional logistics center and superior transfer station are designed.At the same time,it further demonstrates the logistics network of finished cigarette sales from five aspects:transportation cost,the number of sorting systems,geographical location conditions,policy conditions and the implementation of "No.1 Project". |
