Recently,my country’s automotive industry has grown rapidly,production and sales in auto have ranked No.1 for twelve consecutive years all over the world.Cars include passenger cars and commercial cars,and passenger cars account for a large proportion of automobile production and sales.People’s quality of life is getting higher and higher,and consumption levels are constantly improving,consumers’ demand for different vehicle types is increasing.Competition among passenger car companies is becoming increasingly fierce.Passenger car logistics costs restrict the development of enterprises.Passenger car manufacturers often have multiple vehicle manufacturers,and different vehicle manufacturers have different supply capabilities for different vehicle types.Based on factory capacity constraints,building a reasonable passenger car logistics network will help companies reduce costs and shorten delivery time.It is of great significance to study the optimization of passenger car logistics network considering multiple vehicle types.This paper sorts out the basic theoretical knowledge of passenger car logistics network optimization,according to the characteristics of the multiple types passenger car logistics network and propose an optimization strategy,constructs a passenger car logistics network optimization models that considers multiple types,and designs algorithm solutions.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Sort out the concept,development history and enterprise leaders of passenger car logistics,analyze passenger car production and sales models,elaborate on the nodes,routes and structure of passenger car logistics networks,and compare the differences in logistics operation modes before and after the addition of regional distribution centers.It also summarizes the origin,application and solution of the location-allocation problem.(2)Analyze the characteristics of multiple vehicle types passenger car logistics network and propose optimization strategies,Identify the optimization problem of multiple vehicle types passenger car logistics network,define the optimization principle,analyze the cost items involved in the passenger car network,give the calculation method of service level,and give the method to determine the candidate set of the regional distribution center.(3)With the goal of minimizing the sum of fixed costs of regional distribution centers,distribution and transshipment costs,and transportation costs between nodes,multiple passenger car types logistics network optimization model has been constructed.This model allows vehicle manufacturers and regional distribution centers to jointly respond to orders;Constraint conditions are designed in terms of vehicle plant supply capacity,maximum processing capacity of regional distribution centers,flow conservation,number of regional distribution centers,maximum service distance,transportation routes,and logical relationships of variables.The genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.(4)Study an example of a passenger car logistics network with 4 types of vehicle,and obtain network optimization schemes when the number of regional allocations are different through running solutions.The total cost and service level under different optimization schemes are compared and analyzed to determine the final optimization scheme.The total cost of the optimized passenger car logistics network has been reduced by 130 million yuan,and the service level has been increased from 17.37% to 87.87%;Sensitivity analysis of related parameters found that changes in the demand for different sizes passenger car have a greater impact on the total cost of the network.The reduction of the discount factor for molten iron transportation will prompt passenger cars to be transported to dealers by multimodal transportation. |
