With the implementation of the Western Development Strategy,the economic and cultural development in Tibet has received more and more attention from the state,and the requirements for transportation are becoming higher and higher.The Qinghai-Tibet Railway can no longer fully meet the needs of economic development.The construction of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway will greatly ease the transportation pressure of the QinghaiTibet Railway,and use its geographical advantages to connect Tibet with southwest,central China,and southeastern regions,and also strengthen the relationship between Tibet and developed regions in the central and eastern regions.It can promote the development of the “Belt and Road” and promote cooperation and friendly exchanges between China and South Asian countries.However,due to the complicated geological structure along the Sichuan-Tibet Railway and the harsh climate environment,it has brought certain difficulties to the transport organization.Therefore,based on the related research both at home and abroad,this article has conducted research work on the following aspects for the Sichuan-Tibet Railway:(1)The technical conditions and complicated environmental characteristics of the Sichuan-Tibet railway are analyzed,and the influence of special climatic conditions on the transportation organization of the Sichuan-Tibet railway is proposed.(2)According to the train traction calculation rules,a simulation model was established,and the running speed of passenger and freight trains on a 30‰ long downslope under different emergency braking distances was analyzed.(3)The calculation method of interval tracking interval and station tracking interval of freight trains under the condition of moving automatic block is analyzed,and the direct tracking interval of different freight trains is calculated.(4)Since the Sichuan-Tibet Railway uses a 200km/h passenger and freight mixed running mode,it further introduces the calculation method of passenger train deduction coefficients in various situations in the passenger and freight mixed running mode,including single passenger trains and multiple passenger trains,etc.Situation,analyze the influencing factors of the deduction coefficient.Simulate and calculate the deduction coefficient of passenger and freight trains running on the Sichuan-Tibet line with different speed differences.By analyzing the change of the deduction coefficient,the effect of passenger and freight speed differences on the passing capacity is explored.
