With the accomplishment of Jingjin inter-city train,Chinese high-speed railway achieves the ranks of world-class officially.According to the national long-term railway network plan,China will invest a lot of money to build a large number of passenger dedicated lines in the next few years,which will make Chinese railway network structure more perfect,and improve the quality and density greatly.The large-scale passenger dedicated lines construction of the railway network will give birth to a significant impact on transport capacity.However,at present research on railway carrying capacity focused on non-high-speed railways mostly in our courtry,and study aimed at section carrying capacity of high-speed railway,such as the passenger dedicated line,is in the ascendant.How to achieve the reasonable utilization of railway carrying capacity in the passenger-freight mixture transport mode and how to achieve the coordination between existing railway and special high-speed railway in a railway bureau network based on the reasonable utilization of capacity,also to achieve the improvement of the utilization of railway facilities,is an urgent problem to solve.Based on this background,this paper studies the calculation method of section carrying capacity of passenger dedicated line in a variety of circumstances deeply,and discusses deduction coefficient calculation method among several kinds of high-speed railway with different velocity.This paper discusses two models,which are total high-speed and high-low mixture;on the basis of section carrying capacity calculation of passenger dedicated line,the paper studies the coordination between existing railway and s passenger dedicated line in a railway bureau network,and advances a evaluation method based on the comprehensive evaluation of the gray.Finally,as a use of this method,main lines in Nanchang railway bureau are analyzed as an example,and the section carrying capacities and passenger train programs are figured out.The results prove that the applicability of this paper is well.
