| The Sichuan-Tibet Railway is the second railway into Tibet in China and one of the main railways in southwestern China.In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the development of Tibet.The Sichuan-Tibet Railway has very important economic significance as a vital transportation channel connecting the inland and Tibet.At the same time,the Sichuan-Tibet Railway,as a railway in Tibet,has a pivotal position in the military.However,because Tibet is located in an alpine environment,the Sichuan-Tibet Railway is facing greater transport interference.In order to make the Sichuan-Tibet Railway transportation system more stable,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the capacity reserve coefficient of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway.This article starts with the definition of reserve capacity and related theories,and focuses on the value of capacity reserve coefficient.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.This article sorts out and perfects the basic theoretical knowledge of railway reserve capacity,clarifies the nature and classification of reserve capacity,and specifically elaborates the relationship between reserve capacity and passing capacity.From road network fixed infrastructure,rolling stock,and train operation organization plan to elaborates the manifestation of reserve capacity,and refines the specific functions of railway reserve capacity.Through theoretical induction and comparative analysis,it explains the reasons why there are changes in the reserve capacity value in the three editions of the "Railway Route Design Code".Finally,the existing reserve capacity improve the definition of capabilities.2.Aiming at the influencing factors and characteristics of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway’s reserve capacity,this article analyzes the characteristics of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway system and the influencing factors of the railway reserve capacity,using probability analysis and natural disaster risk analysis to analyze the characteristics of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway’s reserve capacity.Compared with the non-mountainous railway,the Sichuan-Tibet railway has the characteristics of its reserve capacity mainly used for freight train adjustment,higher frequency of use,and greater probability of ineffectiveness.3.Aiming at the calculation of the reserve coefficient,this thesis analyzes four aspects which are the construction maintenance operation and auxiliary construction maintenance operation,the train deviation adjustment,the fluctuation of the daily transportation volume,and the military transportation,then respectively calculates their occupation of the capacity.On this basis,a comprehensive impact analysis of the four operations of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway is carried out.Finally,the method of theoretical analysis is used to determine the value of the reserve coefficient of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway.4.Based on the calculated reserve coefficient value obtained,the surplus capacity and capacity adaptability of each section of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway are calculated,the rationality of the coefficient is verified,and the surplus capacity and capacity adaptability calculated under the empirical reserve coefficient value are compared and analyzed.Further verify the rationality of calculating the reserve factor. |
