In recent years,the belt and road policy has been implemented rapidly in China,which requires higher transport capacity of goods and personnel across the region.And the rapid development of high-speed trains in China has accelerated the research and development progress of high-speed trains with changeable gauge,which puts forward more stringent requirements for the performance of wheelsets with changeable gauge load measurement.The changeable gauge load measuring wheelset is the core sensor for the research of the wheel rail load of the changeable gauge train,and it is an important part for the further research of vehicle dynamics.The main work of this paper is to design and calculate the locking mechanism of the changeable gauge load measuring wheelset,and to study the measurement method of the changeable gauge load measuring wheelset.First of all,through the research on the locking mechanism of the existing changeable gauge bogies,aiming at the technical requirements of the changeable gauge bogies,the locking mechanism of the bogies which can realize the change of the track gauge of the wheelsets and the matching ground mechanism are designed.The solid model of the changeable gauge load measuring wheelsets is established by using Solid Works three position simulation software.Secondly,according to the principle of large self-disturbance and small mutualdisturbance,the patch positions of wheel vertical and horizontal bridges are selected.The Hypermesh and Ansys changeable gauge load measuring wheelsets are used for mesh generation and finite element calculation,and the strength of the wheel set spokes after drilling is checked according to UIC510-5 standard.And because the wheelset needs to change the track,the strength of the axle is checked with different track gauge,and the theoretical basis is made for selecting the placement of the patch by the axle measurement method.Finally,according to the wheel measurement method and the axle measurement method,the changeable gauge load measuring wheelset is pasted and designed,and the corresponding mathematical model is established.Based on the simulation model of the load measuring wheel set,a lot of data under different working conditions are obtained through the calculation of the finite element software.According to the wheel measurement method,the stress load coefficients of the vertical load and the transverse load are obtained;according to the shaft measurement method,the stress load coefficients of the vertical load and the transverse load are obtained by selecting multiple measurement sections on the axle.Finally,according to the structural characteristics of the changeable gauge load measuring wheel set,the actual processing scheme is worked out.
