The safe and healthy operation of power equipment will directly affect the security and stability of the power grid,and the maintenance strategy of power grid equipment can provide guarantee for this,thereby improving the reliability and economy of the whole power grid,which is of great significance.With the development of social economy and vigorous revitalization of industry,as well as the concept of resource-saving and environment-friendly,we have put forward higher requirements for the quality and reliability of power supply,and urgently need to promote the construction of green power grid and strong power grid.At present,the power grid equipment manufacturing enterprises are actively optimizing their production process,and the quality and performance of the equipment have been significantly improved.However,in the process of operation,there are still various kinds of faults,which threaten the safe and reliable operation of the power grid.The traditional methods of fault maintenance are usually regular maintenance of equipment and targeted maintenance after failure.However,due to periodic maintenance can not be found potential faults in time and consume a lot of manpower and material resources,targeted maintenance after failure can only reduce the failure rate of some equipment.With the development of science and technology and the innovation of detection means,the traditional periodic maintenance and post-failure maintenance strategy is obviously no longer applicable.With the proposed and extensive research of condition-based maintenance strategy,it has become an effective means and important technical support to improve the reliability of power supply and reduce the failure rate of equipment.Aiming at the actual demand of power grid equipment management and the existing problems in condition-based maintenance of power grid equipment,this paper systematically studies the strategy of condition-based maintenance of power grid equipment,and deeply discusses some typical problems such as condition assessment,riskassessment and failure probability analysis.Secondly,based on the state evaluation model of power grid equipment which can realize state detection,an effective monitoring system of power grid equipment condition is built,and the composition of its software and hardware platform is elaborated in detail.On this basis,the specific scheme of condition based maintenance strategy of power grid equipment based on the monitoring system and the new evaluation and analysis method for the condition based maintenance of power grid equipment are proposed.Finally,the effective monitoring and maintenance of power grid equipment status is realized.
