A five-axis flight motion simulator is the key equipment of semi-physical simulationof guided weapons which can be used to simulate the flight attitude of a guided weapons and the position of a target on the ground.Emphasizing the demand of vertical launching and high speed spinningmissiles,a guided weapons test stand was developed and studied in this work.Under the condition of a high speed spinning up to 30 rps,an intricate dynamiccoupling will be generated.A design of the hardware and an intensive study of controlsystem have been done.Through the decoupling and intelligent PID algorithm,a satisfyingresult was achieved.The main works of this research include:1)A slender ellipse shaped UOO-three-frame-structure test stand and a two-framestructure built on gantry has been designedand constructed,which can carry the whole body or a single guidance section.Each frame of the stand is driven by a DC torque motor.2)By studying and analyzing the test stand,hardware of the control system was bought and a real-time simulation computer system was developed.3)Various coupling problems,such as,angular speed coupling,moment of inertiacoupling and dynamic coupling,were researched.Combined the coupling and the drivingtorque equations,a completed arithmetic model was constructed,and the coupling analysiswas carried out.A decoupling algorithm based on inverse system theory was provided.4)Based on the traditional PID algorithm,the neural network PID intelligent controlalgorithm based on BP has been developed for the DC torque motor control system,which ledto a satisfactory result.The research work of this project overcomes some problems of the domestic flight motion simulators,and the simulator made in this project meets the test requirement of abundant guided weapons' whole body or guidance section.
