The Research And Application Of Technology Network Analysis Method In Mechanical Product Design

Product design capability is an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises.The problems of product performance and product economics caused by unreasonable design cannot be resolved by taking the quality and cost control measures in production process.The product achieves target functionality and performance by using the right technology,which is an essential basis for product design.Therefore,the efficiency and quality of technology acquisition in the process of product design directly affect the product development cycle length and the final product quality.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of technology acquisition in product design process,this paper has carried on the following four aspects on the basis of summarizing the existing research results: 1.This paper presents a technology information extraction method from the patent and the similarity calculation method between patents,to achieve the automatic analysis of patents and the automated extraction of patent information.2.Based on the extracted technology information,this paper presents the technology network construction method and the evolution model,to describe the relationship between the technologies.3.Based on the characteristics of the design requirements in the product design process,this paper decomposes design requirements into the vector composed of subject,action and object,and obtains the corresponding search result through the similarity between the design requirement and the patent document.4.This paper presents the method of technology network analysis to analyze and evaluate the importance of technical network nodes and patent.According to the similarity and importance of patent,the search results are sorted and screened.At the end of this paper,the proposed algorithm and process are applied to the software system developed in this paper.The similarity and importance of the patent are calculated by examples,and the patent document matched to "Cooling the engine" and "Charge the battery" is obtained to verify the validity and feasibility of this study.
