With the development of science and technology,product upgrading is speeding up,enterprises want to talent shows itself in the fierce competition market,on the base of ensure the quality of products,on the one hand,the enterprise should be able to develop new products quickly and efficiently,to seize market opportunities,on the other hand,the enterprise will continue to innovate on existing products design to meet the changing needs of customers.Among them,the redesign of existing products accounted for the largest proportion.Product design is a very important part in the production process,how to design high quality products quickly and efficiently has become a key issue for designers.The patent data covers more than 90% of the world's technology information,collection,collation and analysis the patent information,not only can help the designers to fully understand the existing technology to avoid subsequent design potential risk of infringement,but also can provide inspiration for future creative design thinking to a certain extent.As a systematic theory of innovative methods,TRIZ theory provides a set of tools from analyzing to solving problems,it can help designers to solve various technical problems encountered in the design process.The paper is entitled "Research and Application of Product Innovation Design Mechanism Based on TRIZ Theory and Patent Data Analysis",research on the application of the patent data analysis and the TRIZ theory in the redesign of the existing product innovation.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of TRIZ theory and patent data analysis and the combination of the two methods in the product innovation design,with the application of the engineering domain as the main body and refines three types of innovation problems,in this paper,a problem solving model based on the combination of TRIZ theory and patent data analysis method is proposed,which can effectively improve the technical system.For the first kind of innovation problems,in order to grasp existing technology and the development trend of technology products quickly,puts forward the problem solving model which is based on the TRIZ theory analysis after the patent application analysis,then based on TRIZ related tools to solve the problem of rapid solution.For the second types of innovation problems,puts forward the problem solving model based on the theory of TRIZ and before the analysis of patent concentration,in order to analyze and identify the problems and focus on the key issues,then identify the key technical areas and the target patent group to find a solution to solve the problems,and finally use the TRIZ theory tools to form conceptual design plan.For the third types of innovation problems,the problem of solving model is put forward,which is based on the application of TRIZ after comprehensive application of technology life-cycle analysis and S curve,in order to locate the product's life-cycle stage,grasp the future development trend of the product,and predict the main contradiction of the product in the future,based on this,using the TRIZ theory to get the conceptual design scheme.Study on the above three models,respectively,with three redesign examples: traffic warning device,gantry placement machine mount system and innovation of logistics cargo UAV,the theory of TRIZ related tools and patent data analysis integrated application specific model is verified,using this model can help enterprises to increase the predictability of conceptual design,shorten the product development cycle,reduce R&D costs.
