Employee incentives affect the employee’s employee satisfaction and job performance,in the modern enterprise management incentive application has a crucial role.D company’s R & D personnel from the beginning of the establishment of the company in 2009 12 people developed to the current 2017 70 people,along with the rapid development of business,but also the emergence of R & D staff job satisfaction issues and incentives,to a certain extent On the impact of staff work into the enthusiasm of the indirect impact of the relevant business performance of employees.Therefore,it is of strategic significance to study and improve the incentive mechanism of D Company R & D personnel,to improve the job satisfaction of R & D personnel,to enhance the enthusiasm of R & D staff,to enhance personal value and enterprise value.Based on the theory and method of employee motivation,this paper analyzes the incentive problems of D company management by investigating the staff demand of R company’s R & D personnel and the present situation of the current enterprise’s incentive,and analyzes the incentive situation of D company’s management center.In order to solve these problems,the improvement plan and the implementation measures of D company R & D personnel are put forward.This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter introduces the background,significance,main contents and methods of the research,and the innovation in the research process.The second chapter summarizes the research on the incentive theory and practice of the staff.The status quo of the R & D personnel,including the D company profile and the staff incentive incentive system,performance appraisal system,job design and job training status;Chapter IV analysis of D company R & D personnel incentives in the main problems and reasons;D company R & D personnel incentive mechanism improvement program,including the salary system,performance appraisal,job design,work training measures;Finally,the conclusion,summed up the full text of the research conclusions,the limitations of research and future research prospects.This paper investigates the incentive problem of D company’s R & D personnel by using research method and interview method.In view of the research and development personnel of D company,this paper analyzes the four main problems of salary mechanism,performance appraisal,job design and staff training.Should proceed from the four aspects of the development of measures to improve,with a view to further improve the enthusiasm of R & D staff work,and ultimately enhance the value of employees and corporate value.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference and reference for the incentive mechanism of R & D personnel in other similar enterprises.
