In the era of knowledge economy,the competition of talents is the core of enterprise competition,and whether an enterprise can gain long-term competitive advantage and achieve long-term development is closely related to the human resource management situation it has.In order to obtain more quality talents,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system.Therefore,enterprises in various industries are exploring and thinking about how to establish a set of scientific performance appraisal scheme to improve their human resource management ability and management quality.At this stage,the current performance appraisal system of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group is not in line with the current and future development of the company,which has greatly affected the motivation and initiative of the staff of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group and is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport,so it needs to be improved and perfected.Based on the theoretical basis of performance appraisal,this thesis conducts an in-depth and systematic study on the performance appraisal system of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group staff with the help of case study and questionnaire survey.The second part defines the core concepts and theoretical bases,and explains the theoretical bases related to performance appraisal adopted in the study;the third part is the analysis of the current situation and investigation of the employee performance appraisal system of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group;the fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the employee performance appraisal system of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group;the fifth part is the optimization plan of the employee performance appraisal system of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group,combining the analysis of the previous problems with the The sixth part is the implementation guarantee of the optimization of the employee performance appraisal system of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group;the last part is the conclusion of the whole study,which summarizes the optimization of the employee performance appraisal of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group.The research finds that: firstly,the current performance appraisal system of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group has some problems,mainly because it fails to set the performance appraisal indexes scientifically and reasonably,still adopts the traditional performance appraisal method,does not pay enough attention to the performance appraisal communication and feedback,and does not fully use the performance appraisal results.Secondly,the performance appraisal system currently implemented by Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group needs to be optimized and improved.Combining with the actual situation of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group,this thesis proposes a more detailed performance appraisal optimization plan,hoping to further refine the performance appraisal index system of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group employees and help Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group effectively improve the satisfaction of employees.Thirdly,Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group should strive to realize diversified appraisal,encourage every employee to participate in the appraisal process,and firmly implement the democratic principle,so that the satisfaction of performance appraisal of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group can be effectively improved.Fourthly,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of Anhui Civil Aviation Airport Group’s employee performance appraisal optimization plan and improve the performance appraisal effect,this thesis puts forward strong guarantee measures around organizational structure and personnel guarantee,appraisal mechanism and system guarantee,incentive policy and training guarantee,and organizational values and culture guarantee.
