The stainless steel core plate structure is a new type of building steel structure similar to the honeycomb sandwich plate structure.It consists of upper and lower panels and thin-walled core tubes arranged regularly in the middle.The panels and core tubes are made of stainless steel,and the two work together through copper brazed joints.The stainless steel core plate structure perfectly combines the advantages of both stainless steel and honeycomb sandwich panels.It has superior performance compared with traditional steel structures.It has the advantages of pattern design,standardized production and quick construction.It conforms to the concept of green building and perfectly compatible with China's current strategy of vigorously developing prefabricated buildings and promoting residential industrialization.It has immeasurable application value and development prospects.Through the cutting and splicing of the standard parts of the stainless steel core board,the load-bearing members such as beams,plates and columns required for the building structure,or the decorative and enclosing structures such as the outer wall and the partition wall can be processed.In order to study the mechanical properties of stainless steel core plates used as floor slabs,this paper mainly does the following work:(1)An overview of the research status and application of stainless steel materials and structures,honeycomb sandwich panels and stainless steel core plate structures;(2)Based on the virtual work principle,the stripe method is used to theoretically derive the deflection calculation of the four-side simply supported stainless steel core plate under uniform load.(3)The monotonic uniform static load test of two stainless steel core plates and four-sided simple-supported full-scale test pieces was carried out.The displacement deflection of the plates was obtained from the displacement measurement data,and the failure characteristics of the test pieces were observed.(4)The ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the test process.The accuracy of the finite element model was verified by comparing the finite element analysis results with the test results.Based on this,the stainless steel core plate was analyzed.The process and distribution characteristics of stress under uniform load.(5)Using ABAQUS finite element software to analyze the parameters of themid-span deflection of the four-side simply supported plates of stainless steel core plates under uniform load,considering the thickness of the panel,the outer diameter,wall thickness,height and core of the core tube.Pipe spacing,etc.,combined with the physical meaning of these parameters in the deflection calculation formula,the rationality of the deflection calculation formula is analyzed.(6)The deflection amplification factor in the deflection calculation formula is fitted.Finally,the comparison of the finite element simulation and the formula calculation results shows that the calculation formula can be used for engineering design reference.
